Throughout my journey I have learned that food doesn’t have to be complicated. I used to be one of those yo yo dieters, always looking for the magic way. Over the years I have realized that simple works! You don’t have to cut out certain food groups or eat boring bland foods. You can enjoy all of your meals and never feel like you HAVE to eat a certain food to be healthy or reach your goals.


I have provided a few sample recipes to give you an idea of how you can use the same foods in different ways to give you more variety.

About Me

Hey, I’m Jaclyn, born and raised in Tampa, FL, but an official New York City woman now!

I am a professional dancer turned professional bodybuilder. I’m the current Ms. Fitness International, Ms. Fitness International UK, Ms. Fitness Olympia Runner-up and currently ranked 1st in the world in fitness.

I have a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona and subsequently earned my certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. 

It is my passion to help women become stronger, healthier and happier! 

I believe muscle is your 401k of your body. If you consistently add to it while you're young and take care of it as you age, it'll be there for you when you need it.


Let’s rewind a bit

2015-the year bodybuilding found me. I was a professional dancer for 10 years prior. I began lifting weights and never looked back. My first bodybuilding competition was a way for me to be on stage again in a new light and man did I love it!

By 2017 I was a professional bodybuilder and ranked 8th in the world. I had transformed my physique completely and was extremely proud of my body for the first time in a long time.

2019 rolled around and I knew I wanted to switch my training programs to help women feel confident and proud of their bodies, just like I did.

2020 and Covid hit like a ton of bricks and I took the challenge of no job to jump into the online life. My career in bodybuilding had catapulted and I was now ranked 4th in the world.

Fast forward to 2025, I am currently ranked 1st in the world in bodybuilding. I am extremely passionate and proud to be helping women all over the world gain confidence in their bodies. Teaching women to lift weights, fuel their bodies and go after their goals!

Get to know me:

I grew up riding horses and had to choose between competing in dance or horse back riding. I chose dance.

I would forgo all food and just eat ice cream/cookies/candy.

I have a BFA in dance from the University of Arizona.

I don’t like flowers, I think they smell bad.

I use a real alarm clock, not my phone alarm.

I wore Limited Too clothes until I was a 15 because no other clothes fit me. I was teeny.

I danced professionally for 10 years prior to bodybuilding.

I won't nap in my bed only my couch, but I love a good couch nap!

I am scared of fire and can't use matches or a lighter. Unless it's one of those long lighters you use for a grill.

Growing up my 2 sisters and I used to spend HOURS making up dances for fun.
